Introduction: Brief background of the case.

Note: All case reports should be submitted as poster presentations only.
Dr. Premananda Raya Young Scientist Award
Eligibility Criteria: Pulmonologists aged below 40 years as of August 10, 2025.
Must be the first and presenting author of the research paper.
Research must be original, unpublished, and not presented elsewhere.
Award Details:
Title: Dr. Premananda Raya Young Scientist Award
Award Amount: ₹25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees)
Recognition: Certificate and Memento to be awarded during the Valedictory Ceremony at APSACON 2025.
General Abstract Guidelines
- • Registration for the conference is mandatory before abstract submission.
- • All abstracts must be submitted online in English only. Submissions via email, fax, or any other means will not be accepted.
- • The abstract title must be concise (maximum 40 words), avoid abbreviations, and should not end with a full stop.
- • The total abstract length must not exceed 300 words (excluding the title).
- • Abstracts should clearly mention the objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusion (in hypothesis-based work, also include the main idea and discussion).
- • Abstracts must be grammatically correct and written in clear, professional language. Poorly written abstracts may be rejected.
- • If analysis is incomplete, a revised abstract must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the conference to be considered for inclusion in the program material.
- • By submitting the abstract, the authors grant the Organizing Committee the right to publish it in electronic format.
- • All abstracts will undergo confidential review by the Scientific Committee. The Committee’s decision on acceptance and mode of presentation shall be final.
Last Date for Submission: 10 July 2025
Intimation: Selected candidates will be informed via email by 15 July 2025.

- • There is no limit to the number of abstracts a delegate may submit.
- • Abstracts can be submitted for oral or poster presentation. Please indicate your preference during submission.
- • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to assign the abstract as an oral or poster presentation, regardless of author preference
